In this session you will be invited to take a walk! A walk which you’ve never taken before….
In a simple exercise we will explore the landscape outside and inside us and experience what mindfulness could actually mean.
We will record our experiences using different creative media.
We will be working individually, in pairs and in a group.
All you need to bring is an open mind, curiosity and sense of adventure, everything else will be provided.
Histon welcomes Arts Psychotherapist Jana Haraglova for the first time. This mindfulness and walking session uses nature and creativity, allowing us to explore how we can take time for ourselves. The 2 hour session will help us learn valuable mindfulness techniques and give you a space to reflect.
