There is a strong link between physical and mental wellbeing. One of the 5 ways to wellbeing is to be Active. To help encourage this active lifestyle the Sports Centre at IVC are offering a number of “Come and Try” sessions, so that you can see if this is for you.
No booking necessary just turn up and try it out. The sessions are:
- Monday 9th October between 6pm and 8pm
- Tuesday 10th October between 10:30am and 12:15pm
- Thursday 12th October between 6pm and 8pm
