Mindfulness walking and creativity

This Saturday we are running our first mindfulness walking and creativity session at The Recreation

Arts Psychotherapist Jana Haragalova and our Wellbeing Champion, Annabell invite you to take a walk with them…

In a simple exercise we will explore the landscape outside and inside us and experience what mindfulness could actually mean.

We will record our experiences using different creative media.

All you need to bring is an open mind, curiosity and sense of adventure, everything else will be provided. For more information contact Annabell on annabell.webb@hicom.org.uk See more
